Empowerment coaching helps by connecting one’s inner purpose and passion to outer goals and tasks to bring about extraordinary results. It has four goals:

Discover and Clarify: Uncover and solidify your personal vision for what you would like to achieve.

Awareness: Understand who you are and what has held you back.

Release: Release the limiting beliefs and behaviors that have held you in place.
Conscious Action: Take action on your goals from a place of empowered strength which turns you from scattered action to conscious action. This is the process of “allowing” versus “pushing” ─ a focused action that allows you to enjoy the process as well as the achievement.

Through personal empowerment coaching, I will help you:

Identify aspects of yourself that do not serve you and present themselves as problems
Accept what has happened in your life
Change Your Attitude and Move Forward by setting intentions and creating action steps to make those intentions your reality
